Cape Town Apartment from Jan. - Mar. 2002

The pictures below show our place of residence for the next three months. It is a loft-style apartment (two-stories to each unit) in a 10 story building. The building is located in Green Point, which is in front of the Waterfront area in the heart of Cape Town. The street in front of the loft contains many restaurants and is quite lively (gay area). It takes about twenty minutes to walk to the waterfront, which is a little more normal and has hundreds of shops and about 30 restaurants.

There is parking underneath the building and we take an elevator up to our floor. Upon entering the unit, you come into a 2-story open area containing the kitchen, living area and dining area. On the side (behind the staircase) are the bath and bedroom. Up the curly staircase you will find the guest room and another bath.
