Where in the World ... are Jay & Nicole Getting Transferred ? 

Nicole originally worked in Bern, Switzerland and has been previously posted
to San Francisco, Washington DC, Pretoria and is currently in Caracas.  
Since she cannot stay, or return to previous places, those places fall off the list.
