Where in the world ... are Nicole & Jay getting transferred ?

Sorry ... this isn't the last question just yet, 

I first need to give you a little insight into the two cities that are left.  

The following is for Tel Aviv:

   
The Good:    The city lies on a Sea ...

 


... and has a moderate climate.

Travel would be easy and there would be plenty of places to visit.

  
The Bad: We currently live in a place that sells gasoline for $.15 per gallon, 
so we would have to get used to higher prices!   

  
The Ugly: We have lived in un-safe places before, but we would have to get used to having missiles pointed at us from all directions.
