Voltage System: 110v Vehicles: The driving is on the right side, but we will sell our car and get an SUV with 4WD. Golf: There are 25 golf courses within an hours drive ... but I don't know if they are open to the general public. Biking: There are many bike trails throughout the city. On Sundays they close many roads to allow walking, biking and rollerblading. Misc: The people are reported to have high work ethics, as the country doesn't have many natural resources Problems: Poverty is quite widespread, so crime will be a problem. Common sense will have to be used at all times. |

Terrain: Bogota is located on a flat savannah ... with mountains along some sides. Elevation:
This
is the most unique feature, as it's at 2600 meters or 8500 feet ... whew! |
Rainfall: There
are two rainy seasons per year .. and it can rain a lot!
We happen to like
living in Israel, but Bogota doesn't look too bad ... more
later! |
